Rural Medical Service Society has its origin in Hulkoti, a small village that has been the birth place of the visionary late Shri.K.H.Patil & has emerged from being the fulcrum of co-operative movement, a crucible of novel experiments ensuring primacy for the farmers, ruralites & deprived section of the society and to provide quality education, health facilities. Institutions related to Agri inputs & value addition to Agri outputs.

Late Shri K.H.Patil was particularly concerned about lack of facilities for good quality health care in this part. This led to establishment of the Rural Medical Service Society. The objectives of the society is to cater the health needs of rural people, educate them in health care, hygiene & improve quality of life in villages.

Nursing is a caring and curing profession. Nursing Emerges from a vacation to a different discipline by its nature and body of knowledge. Nursing cares about humanity by its evidence based on cognitive affective and psychomotor (knowledge skill and Practice). The first woman is first nurse of this world. Yes, the scope of nursing is everlasting and universe.

Nursing being a professional course, our mission is to prepare nursing students to be effective specialists, leaders of this community who will work to improve the health and health care of the people of our country and beyond the nation.
